About Targeted Testing
Targeted Testing Inc., founded by Dr. Thomas K. Pedigo Ed.D. and Kenneth L. Pedigo, is currently developing and researching several new lines of computer administered and evidence-based assessments systems to be used in screening psychological disorders. Their primary developmental approach consists of two main areas of focus. The first relates to integrating an updated construct of the disorders and the specific criteria, while the second addresses the question of how to enhance diagnostic accuracy in an efficient manner. Targeted Testing Inc. is a member of the Association of Test Publishers.
Our early research results were very encouraging and prompted us to approach several testing centers and universities around the country to collect data on one of the largest, highly focused ADHD group samples ever compiled. We tested over 700 children, age 6-12, from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, Approximately evenly divided between ADHD and Non-ADHD Groups. This data was collected in seven different states through a total of 10 data collection sites.
We are very proud of our research and testing results and we will continue to post it on our website so it will be available to everyone for reference and comparison. We have received tons of positive feedback on PADDS, and we will continue to improve and add new methods and research. We are currently finishing up designs on our Adolescent and Adult versions, which are our 2nd most requested item overall. We will notify everyone who expressed an interest and on our waiting list when the new products are available.
