This system permits a support technician to access your computer, via an internet connection,
for the purpose of troubleshooting and/or correction of program difficulties involving the PADDS Software.
 
By entering the access code provided to you and logging on to this system,
you understand that your PC will be temporarily under our control remotely.

A Targeted Testing support staff member directed you here
and you have been issued an access code number,

Remote Support

You do not need to configure anything on your computer for this to work.
If the remote client software is left running on your computer system after a support session, no unauthorized connections can be made to it at all.
NO ONE can use another program to gain control of your computer just because the software is left running.
It can only make outbound connections to a support viewer and only the user, (You), can actually make that connection.
We do recommend terminating the support session when finished and you may terminate the connection at any time.
When you are ready to end a session, right click the task bar icon and select close.
